Once you purchase your website template, you’ll receive a downloadable ZIP file. Inside, you’ll find a link with step-by-step instructions on how to upload your new design directly to your Wix account. The best part? The website is 100% yours, giving you full control to customize, update, and manage it whenever you’re ready. No tech stress, just a beautiful site that’s easy to launch and entirely your own.

The custom Websites process

01. Discovery + Planning
We’ll start with a Client Discovery Form to gather details about your goals, brand, and website needs. From there, I’ll create a Project Brief outlining the timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Once the brief is approved, I’ll send over the contract and invoice to officially book your project.
02. Content Gathering
You’ll provide your website content—text, images, branding assets, and anything else we’ve outlined in the brief. I’ll offer guidance if needed to make this step easy and efficient.
03. Design Mockups
I’ll design your homepage mockup and establish a visual direction for your site. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request revisions (up to 2 rounds are included).
04. Design Approval
Once the mockup is finalized and approved, we move into full development. At this stage, we lock in the design to stay on track and avoid delays.
05. Development
Your website is built in Wix Studio, styled for desktop, tablet, and mobile. You’ll need to have your Wix account set up, and I’ll request contributor access to begin building.
06. Testing
I test the full site for mobile responsiveness, broken links, layout consistency, and functionality to ensure everything looks and works perfectly.
07. Launch
With your final approval, I’ll either transfer full ownership of the site to your Wix account or launch it live—based on your preference.
08. Post-Launch Support & Training
You’ll receive 7 days of complimentary support for small edits or fixes, plus a Client Onboarding Kit with tutorials and guides so you can confidently manage your site. Ongoing support plans are available if needed.
